Our Story
My name is Andrew Gardner. I grew up low income in a very small town in Michigan, and I have always had a strong passion for fairness and justice. This has stuck with me, and I found myself representing injured people who were hurt when big companies, pharmaceutical giants, and insurance companies broke the rules. I set out to enforce those rules and bring justice to the Davids getting hurt by the Goliaths of the world. I started this firm with the goal of representing those individuals and helping to right the wrongs and enforce the rules that keep our society safe, healthy, and happy.
I have practiced now for more than a decade, and I have sued and litigated against the biggest companies, including Johnson and Johnson, Bayer, Stryker, Monsanto, and all the giant insurance companies that try to get out of paying for the companies’ wrongdoing. Since opening the firm, we have collected millions on behalf of our clients from the pockets of these greedy and reckless companies.
